For each home game, a player from the Sea Dogs will be selected as the DICKIES HARDEST WORKING PLAYER. The player with the most selections will have a chance of winning a scholarship, free workgear courtesy of DICKIES and to be named the QMJHL's HARDEST WORKING PLAYER OF THE SEASON.

Each winner of the DICKIES HARDEST WORKING PLAYER will reward the HARDEST WORKING FANS by throwing a prize to the loudest fans in the stands.
