Sea Dogs players were very active in the community during the month of January.
This selection of photos includes a visit to the Saint John Boys and Girls Club. The Sea Dogs Foundation and Sea Dogs Chairman and CEO Scott McCain made a donation to the Boys and Girls Club to help with renovations to the gym. Sea Dogs players Jason Cameron, Kevin Gagne, Devon Oliver-Dares, Ryan Tesink, Stephen MacAulay and Nathan Beaulieu took part in the official unveiling of a Sea Dogs logo on the wall. Also pictured are Sea Dogs Foundation Executive Director Barry Reid, Chair Jane Forestell and board member Mike McGraw, vice-president of the Sea Dogs.
Meanwhile, the new BMO branch at 45 Hubert Street in East Saint John hosted the Ultimate Fan contest. Cameron, Ian Saab and Grant West were on hand to meet fans and sign autographs. Connie Hawkins won the Ultimate Fan trivia contest and a chance to win a trip to the MasterCard Memorial Cup in Shawinigan, Que. Katherine Titus, meanwhile, won a signed Sea Dogs jersey.
Sea Dogs players also took part in a PALS breakfast at Centennial School with Scotiabank employees.
